PROGRAM DESIGN
We work with clients to plan and conceptualize projects, selecting program activities to bring about desired results. Our design process includes:
(1) determining the problem to solve;
(2) identifying the stakeholders;
(3) defining project objectives
(4) outlining scope, resources, and major tasks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & IMPLEMENTATION
We serve as an extension of your team, co-designing and providing ongoing management of program(s) and initiative(s). We track results, address problems that arise, present ideas and opportunities, and maintain a strategic lens for optimization, scaling, shared learning, and impact.
PROGRAM EVALUATION
Evaluation is an important element of program design and implementation imbedded into our services. We work with clients to measure project impact, implement outcome-focused planning, gauge new development, and more. We specialize in designing pre- and post-initiative surveys, evaluation frameworks, logic models, site visits, data collection templates, and general program monitoring systems.
CAPACITY BUILDING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
We partner with clients to identify and prioritize areas necessary to executing a collective vision, nuanced project, or new initiative. We are ready to provide one-on-one coaching, offer any necessary training, and provide ongoing support connecting to other experts, facilitators, and resources needed. We are also passionate about training others in social impact tools and approaches as we believe this is an effective way to make a long-term impact.
